In many short-term rental management companies, VAT (IVA in Portugal) is a cause of much irritation. This is because the tax is not reflected in the final price and appears as an unaccounted for extra on the final invoice. With us this is not the case.The 6% VAT is already included in our service price when issuing the invoice for the reservations. Because it costs nothing to be transparent.
